Co-founded Arcvs, a senior studio: companies bring a problem, a small senior team ships the system — fixed scope, weekly demos, contracts and docs in English. Everything delivered so far is running in production.

Designed and built LaudoParts end to end — a certification platform for used auto parts with QR-verifiable reports: the entire back end (Node.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL), all the infrastructure (Cloud Run) and part of the Next.js front end. Zero to live in 2 months, presented at ReciclaAuto 2026. Now shipping Rush, a training and nutrition workspace for personal trainers, on the same multi-tenant B2B SaaS foundation.

Embedded with Optum, building the back end and AWS infrastructure behind US health plans’ support channels — Best Buy, Surest, Qualcomm, FedEx and AARP among them. Code review, documentation and meetings, all in English.

Designed the Node.js authentication service behind the clients’ portals and apps: it issues JWTs carrying member identity and health-plan eligibility and routes each member to the right chatbot or agent. Plan-agnostic by design — the same service was adopted across all five clients instead of rebuilt per client, authenticating 10K+ members daily. Built the module connecting the React Native apps to chat with seamless session handoff — it opened the channel to hundreds of thousands of members and more than doubled engagement with support.

Migrating the chatbot platform for the second time (Genesys → LivePerson → Amazon Connect) and maintaining a Playwright E2E framework that regression-tests every chat flow during development.

Sole developer of a SaaS platform, reporting directly to the IT director — hired to build it, deliver it complete and hand it off. Users register their site’s URL and get automated accessibility and SEO scan reports, generated with Axe and Puppeteer, billed through Stripe.

Architected it with no dedicated back end: Next.js API Routes talking straight to Google Cloud — Cloud Run for request-scoped work, Cloud Tasks for anything that had to survive a retry, so billing side effects weren’t tied to the lifetime of a single HTTP request. My first fully serverless build — and it shipped.

Joined as the agency’s first engineer and built the engineering function from zero with the IT director: hired and mentored a team of 4–6 developers and defined the standards the team still works by — code review, git flow, scrum, test automation and CI/CD. Half my time leading, half shipping code. Clients included Kinder, Mercado Libre, Vibra, Novo Nordisk and Vivo.

Led the Kinder cashback platform: a nationally promoted, time-boxed campaign, so I designed the redemption flow around the spike, not the average — 200K visits in the first 48 hours, R$2M in cashback processed, 30K+ redemptions on peak day, zero downtime on autoscaling GCP.

Also built the internal platform all agency work ran through — from art upload to client approval — and full-stack apps for physical activations (Vivo, fairs, interactive totems) that run unattended and recover from network loss with nobody on site.

Owned the sales portal — the platform where ~1,000 employees created and priced orders all day, pulling prices, discounts and stock from the ERP, APIs and databases.

Solved the company’s most persistent outage: under load, the ERP’s APIs failed on rate limits and took order creation down. Built a caching layer — Redis invalidated by ERP change notifications, with Next.js SSG on top — failures stopped and monthly orders rose 30%.

Introduced automated testing (Jest, Supertest) on my own initiative to a portal that constantly shipped broken: retrofitted tests onto existing apps, required them on new ones — and regressions stopped reaching the sales floor.

Software-house years — and where I first ran delivery: in-person requirement gathering with clients, a fresh board every sprint, work distributed across the team by who was strongest where.

Built Green Mining’s reverse-logistics glass recycling platform across every layer — back end, web and the collectors’ React Native app — covering establishments, bicycle collectors and recycling hubs in one flow, designed for cheap Android phones and patchy connectivity. 7,000+ tons of glass recycled to date; Greentech Challenge Brazil winner (2019), Top 3 at the Better World Award (Belgium), accelerated in Ambev’s 100+ program.

Engineered the augmented-reality promotions on Colorado and Corona bottle labels (AR.js, Unity) and a camera-filter webapp for Skol — my first professional Unity work, shipped on time, and the client commissioned the follow-ups.

Worked on the multi-tenant e-commerce platform — one system, one database, every client store on it, including Men’s Market (Brazil’s largest men’s cosmetics store) and Flexform — shipping improvements that applied across all of them, with in-person requirement gathering.

Built the boleto payment module integrated with Bradesco: asynchronous settlement reconciled against the bank’s confirmation files, enabling a new checkout method across every store on the platform. Selected for the small team spinning up the platform’s modern successor.

First engineering role, at the company behind Publiclub — a local-business marketing platform where businesses created a page and appeared on a location-based map, on the web and in the app.

Shipped platform improvements, built the high-traffic blog’s WordPress theme from scratch, and took developers out of marketing’s daily flow: a newsletter builder replacing hand-assembled sends and a banner manager with its own back end so the staff could update the site themselves.
